Diogo is a member of the Corporate and Private Investment Department and has been advising corporate clients that wish to adapt their structures to the demands of a constantly changing market in various areas, namely, Real Estate and Corporate including, implementation and development of investment projects; joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements; incorporations, capital increases and reductions; corporate restructurings, corporate governance; and due diligences.

Bernardo is a member of the Corporate and Private Investment team, focusing his practice in providing legal assistance to foreign and domestic clients, namely drafting and reviewing of documentation in respect of corporate matters such as shareholders’ agreements and incorporations, as well as general commercial agreements related with the daily activities and/or specific projects of clients in the Republic of Angola.

Bernardo is also experienced in drafting pleadings and various applications for Civil and Commercial Courts, as well as in respect of misdemeanour proceedings.

Tiago is a member of the Employment and Litigation Department. Tiago has fourteen years of experience specially focused in Employment Law, Litigation (Arbitration and Mediation, Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation, Debt Recovery), Insolvency and Corporate Restructurings.

Diogo is a member of the Corporate and Private Investment team, focusing his practice in providing legal assistance to foreign and domestic clients vis-à-vis their operations in the Republic of Angola from a local regulatory perspective of the Angolan market – namely, through the implementation of investment projects, incorporation and dissolution of companies, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, drafting and reviewing corporate agreements and corporate governance

Rita is a member of the Employment and Litigation Department. Rita has been focusing her practice in these areas and provides employment law advice to national and international companies and on litigation procedures

Ana is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department, focusing her practice in providing legal assistance to national and foreign investors in the Republic of Angola, particularly in the incorporation and dissolution of companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, as well as in the development of investment projects, joint ventures, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts of any kind. Ana also has experience in corporate and commercial litigation.

Daniela is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department, where she provides assistance on drafting legal opinions regarding several corporate matters, and has been focusing her practice on the provision of transversal company advisory, particularly on Corporate and Commercial Law, Private Investment, Contracts and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Maria assists with Corporate, Commercial and Tax related matters, as well as dealing with public and private entities, such as Court Houses, Tax and Customs Offices, Financial institutions, Registry Offices and Ministries in Angola.

Nerica is part of the team of paralegal who ensures the external work of MC JURIST with public and private entities, such as Court Houses, Tax and Customs Offices, Financial institutions, Registry Offices and Ministries in Angola.
